Who we are
Yourpartycambridge.uk has a holding committe until the first formal meeting establishes a committee (expected in September).
At this time Cllr Dave Baigent is the data controller for personal information processed in connection with yourpartycambridge activities, including for example this website, associated websites, WhatsApps, Facebooks, emails. Applications to register are automated through Brevo.
At this time no donations are collected but if they are details for collecting and processing personal data associated with donations made via this website and any related financial transactions will appear here.
Once the new party is formally constituted through a committee, they will appoint named data controllers for your personal information and will continue to use your data in line with your preferences and for the purposes of updating you on news, activities and ways to get involved with yourpartycambridge (including any renaming).

Your data will be used for the purposes of contacting you about the foundation process, inviting you to a inaugural meeting and associated events, as well as about news and events related to the forming of yourpartycambridge or any subsequent name that forms out of the foundation process.

This website runs on the WordPress platform. For block mailing purposes we use Brevo, which records your name, email address, phone number postcode and the sign-up consent you have given toreceive emails. We may also use individual emails for day to day
administration.
If we start to collect donations we will update you on this here. This is likely to record your name, email address, donation amount, marketing preferences, card details and billing address.
